Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Location requirement: On-site in Bengaluru, KA or Gurugram, HR; ability to travel within India.

Experienced in developing and implementing operational playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation within professional services or consulting environments.
Skilled in identifying and delivering AI and automation solutions to improve operational management efficiencies.
Capable of coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple operational and administrative tasks effectively.
