Manage coordination and execution of capital project procurement across Asia, including consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Lead sourcing strategies and tendering processes to maximize savings, ensure compliance, and deliver capital projects successfully.
Develop and maintain vendor relationships, oversee cost planning/control, risk mitigation, and prepare regular project reports and analyses.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost, capital sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management roles.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent preferred.
Strong technical sourcing/procurement skills including RFP management, contract negotiation, supplier evaluation.
Location requirement: On-site role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial, Construction, or related background with knowledge of new-built construction projects.
Ability to independently manage complex procurement processes and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with operational mission-critical facilities and infrastructure systems, e-sourcing tools; Arabic proficiency is a plus but not essential.
