Own occupancy planning and space management for a portfolio focused on EMEA & APAC regions, supporting global corporate workplace programs and real estate strategy.
Serve as single point of contact for quality control, consistency in planning processes, and integration between North America and global real estate teams.
Develop occupancy scenarios, stacking diagrams, migration plans, track headcount metrics, and maintain data accuracy using CAFM/IWMS tools and AutoCAD when required.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
5-8 years experience in corporate real estate, specifically in space/occupancy planning.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Microsoft Office Suite, CAFM/IWMS software, and understanding of floor plans; experience creating AutoCAD test fits.
On-site work location: Kolkata, WB.

Experienced in managing occupancy planning projects across multiple regions with focus on EMEA & APAC portfolios.
Strong collaborative skills evidenced by ability to work across organizational levels and manage relationships including sensitive information.
Comfortable in dynamic, ambiguous work environments with skills in integrating AI tools into workflows and delivering clear presentations to diverse audiences.
