Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience.
Deep hands-on experience with PingFederate and PingAccess.
Strong understanding of IAM protocols: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, FIDO2, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Proven Java development skills with experience building custom Ping adapters and plugins; experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced engineer comfortable working in complex enterprise IAM environments with a focus on federation and authentication solutions.
Developer-oriented with solid Java programming skills to create and maintain custom IAM integrations.
Practitioner familiar with modern IAM protocols and DevOps practices, able to collaborate across security, infrastructure, and development teams.
