Lead and manage the Infrastructure Access Management Oversight team to ensure design and operating effectiveness of controls related to identity access and management platforms.
Drive Infrastructure Vulnerability (VUL) management by tracking, prioritizing remediation efforts based on CVSS scores, and supporting risk governance to reduce losses, errors, and threats.
Collaborate with global process owners, support audit remediation efforts, and develop programs to maintain a strong control environment in Technology Infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
12-15+ years total work experience with 10+ years in Risk and Controls.
4+ years experience in Financial Services.
Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management platforms (e.g., CyberArk, ARCOS, ACF2, RACF) and vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys).
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC or Infrastructure Access related certifications preferred.
