Lead Developer, C# .NET & APIs

Lead design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade backend applications and REST APIs using C# and .NET technologies.

Drive high-quality delivery of scalable, secure solutions supporting large-scale data processing and customer-facing products, including CI/CD implementation and production issue resolution.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship within Agile Scrum teams while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

5+ years professional software development experience focused on backend using object-oriented principles.

Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL (preferably SQL Server), and Git version control.

Experience with Agile Scrum processes and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Experienced in developing scalable and maintainable backend solutions with strong understanding of software design patterns and application architecture.

Demonstrates leadership through mentoring and driving best engineering practices within Agile teams.

Familiarity or interest in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and high-volume data processing environments.
