Minimum Requirements
7-15 years of work experience in product management or related roles.
Mandatory enterprise-level Agile experience.
Educational qualifications: BE/BTech and MBA.
Experience working with AI products; industry experience preferred in Retail (Stores, Inventory, Supply Chain), Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing AI products with strong skills in product strategy and agile methodologies.
Able to work effectively with multiple teams including engineering, design, and operations to deliver product outcomes.
Holds or pursues globally recognized Agile/Scrum certifications such as PSM, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC.
