IT Business Analyst/Functional Analyst - Real Estate Funds Platform, AVP

Define business challenges and technology solutions for front and middle office teams in Real Estate Funds platform.

Develop and maintain project artifacts including business requirements, test cases, and plans; coordinate system integration and user testing.

Analyze complex system flows and large data sets; work with global teams and developers to implement scalable technology solutions and support production issue resolution.

Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis experience; at least 5 years in Asset Management domain.

Strong knowledge of Real Estate Markets, Alternative asset classes, and Asset Management business processes.

Advanced skills in MS Office applications; ability to produce business requirements, functional specs, process maps, and test scripts.

Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies; degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.

Experienced in Asset Management with a focus on Real Estate Funds or Private Credit business platforms.

Capable of translating complex business requirements into functional system specifications and project artifacts.

Proficient in handling large data sets, performing root cause analysis, and driving business-led initiatives within a technology-enabled environment.
