Oversee month-end close processes such as journal governance, adjustments, balance sheet substantiation, reconciliations, and audit readiness.
Drive automation and process improvements using tools like Alteryx, Python, Power BI, SAP, and AI technologies to enhance controls and management information.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of experience in Product Control or Profit and Loss Control, ideally within Equities or related traded products.
Strong understanding of Equities products lifecycle and associated profit and loss, valuation, and control processes.
Working knowledge of SAP finance posting, close, and reconciliation processes.
Experience with automation and analytics tools (Alteryx, Python, Power BI) either hands-on or via technology delivery leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience leading teams and managing change in complex, fast-paced financial organizations.
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to challenge senior Front Office and Finance stakeholders effectively.
Hands-on digital mindset with experience applying AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate) to improve financial controls and processes.
