Drive monthly and yearly collection targets to reduce overdue payments and maintain outstanding days below 60 days.
Plan and execute collection activities including direct customer visits and coordination with commercial and regional teams to ensure timely payment realization.
Review and ensure compliance with contract terms related to payments, manage non-collectable write-offs, and monitor EMD/SD/BG recovery upon order completion.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years overall relevant experience with 7-8 years in payment collection specifically from government sector.
Graduate degree in Engineering or Commerce; professional postgraduate degree is optional.
Advanced knowledge of business, statutory and legal contract compliance, and use of IREPS/IRWCMS systems.
Location requirement: Patna.

Experienced in government sector payment collection with strong commercial understanding and negotiation skills.
Capable of coordinating and collaborating effectively with multiple teams to meet payment targets.
Comfortable with travel to customer locations to ensure collection and contract compliance.
