Minimum Requirements
4 to 8 years of overall software development experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience (AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
Proven experience in enterprise-grade website implementations using AEM and React.js.
Mandatory technical skills include Java, Sling Models, OSGi services, HTL, JCR, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, RESTful API integrations, and Git.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in full-stack Adobe Experience Manager development including backend (Java, OSGi) and frontend (React.js) technologies.
Experience in scalable, secure, high-performing digital platform delivery with cross-team collaboration including architects, QA, and DevOps.
Familiarity with modern web development best practices such as CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing, cloud deployments, and performance optimizations.
