Maintain, validate, and govern accounting data related to customers, vendors, materials, and finance to ensure data quality and compliance.
Coordinate accurate and timely recording of financial transactions including ledger entries, journal postings, and fixed asset postings aligned with policies and procedures.
Analyze transactions, perform reconciliations, supervise open/overdue items, and support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
Recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. MIA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferable.
4 - 5 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting mandatory.
English language competency; availability to work various time zones/shifts including US hours and weekends as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in financial accounting processes, data validation, and reconciliation across multiple systems and jurisdictions.
Experienced in collaborating with cross-location teams and external senior partners for financial reporting and compliance.
Comfortable working in a hybrid office/remote environment with adaptability to shifting workflows and improvement-driven mindset.
