Maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reporting per GAAP and regulatory standards.
Oversee core accounting functions including ledger management, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, capital expenditures, revenue, cash flows, and financial close activities.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and prepare financial data analysis to identify trends and improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
Mandatory professional qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost and Management Accountant (CMA India), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
1–2 years of experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial analysis, or related finance operations.
Proficiency with SAP applications and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within structured accounting environments with emphasis on compliance and internal controls.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple aspects of record-to-report processes independently with accuracy and timeliness.
Comfortable working with ERP systems and managing detailed financial close activities.
