Define and govern architecture for enterprise-grade Java and Spring-based applications, APIs, data platforms, and messaging services within Trusted Call Solutions product portfolio.
Translate product and business strategy into architecture roadmaps, technical standards, implementation plans, and lead architecture/design reviews for new components and system enhancements.
Provide technical leadership to improve scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational readiness while mentoring engineering teams and ensuring adoption of engineering standards across distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years experience designing and developing enterprise software with substantial expertise in Spring-based Java services and distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Security, Spring Data, Kafka, Cassandra, RESTful service architectures, Linux, and familiarity with AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
Proven experience producing architecture roadmaps, technical specifications, architecture decision records, and delivery estimates for scalable, reliable, secure backend platforms.
Work Location: Hybrid with minimum of two days a week onsite at an assigned TransUnion office.

Experienced in leading architecture for large-scale, high-volume data or messaging systems with microservices and distributed systems expertise.
Able to manage complex architecture governance integrated with Agile delivery, balancing modernization and operational continuity across geographically distributed teams.
Skilled in technical leadership during production incidents and able to influence senior technical and business stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
