Design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions using platforms like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
Lead IGA architectural design for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, and certification processes.
Develop and configure workflows, connectors, access certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties rules, and custom integrations with Java/J2EE, SQL, and APIs.
Minimum Requirements
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IGA implementations with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA platforms.
Mandatory skills: Java/J2EE, SQL, REST & SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory, and LDAP.
Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years (including prior relevant experience).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing identity lifecycle and access governance with strong understanding of IGA platforms and security policies.
Capable of leading design and configuration of complex IGA workflows and integrations in enterprise environments.
Effective communicator with client-facing and stakeholder management experience in fast-paced settings.
