Deep knowledge of payroll legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
Expertise in Workday Payroll configuration and integration.
CIPP qualification or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading multi-jurisdiction payroll operations with strong technical payroll expertise and compliance focus.
Proficient in deploying AI-based payroll automation tools (Workday Payroll AI, CloudPay AI) and using generative AI for documentation and process automation.
Skilled in payroll project leadership including system upgrades, new country implementations, and cross-functional vendor management.
