Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of software development experience with strong data management background.
Hands-on experience building AI agents with Large Language Models (LLMs) including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and tuning models.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/.NET 8+, React.js, SQL Server or NoSQL databases, and familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in AI/ML platform architecture and integration with strong focus on LLM technologies and production-grade AI solutions.
Proven ability to lead complex system design and implement scalable distributed data architectures handling billions of events in real-time.
Comfortable setting engineering standards, mentoring teams on AI/ML development lifecycle, and enhancing CI/CD processes for modern AI-enabled products.
