Manage and track team priorities, projects, and cross-functional issues to ensure timely execution within the Partner Network.
Develop and maintain operational reporting dashboards and governance frameworks to provide visibility into team execution and health.
Standardize and improve Partner Network processes, including creating and maintaining SOPs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of experience in business operations, program/project coordination, PMO, product operations, or similar roles within a software/technology organization.
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar work management tools and strong Excel skills.
Experience creating and maintaining process documentation or SOPs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional dependencies in technology or software environments, preferably within enterprise SaaS or supply chain software.
Skilled in operational governance and use of tools like Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, Lucid Charts, or Visio to support team execution transparency.
Comfortable challenging stakeholders and escalating risks to ensure commitments are met with strong organizational and communication capabilities.
