Minimum Requirements
Experience: Strong years in network operations/support within large enterprise environments, operating in 24x7 global support models.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Technical Skills: Expertise with F5 LTM/GTM, Infoblox DDI, Blue Coat Proxy, Routing & Switching (Cisco, Juniper), Firewalls (Fortigate preferred), network troubleshooting tools, ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow.
Location: Role based in Chennai with 24/7 support requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead and supervise teams within IT infrastructure or network operations contexts with accountability for operational delivery.
Experience operating in large, controlled enterprise environments, ensuring business-critical network service continuity.
Strong technical foundation in enterprise networking, network security, and automation in global 24x7 support settings.
