Own end-to-end daily delivery and service performance for sourcing-to-pay (S2P) operations in a third-party managed environment.

Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics to ensure quality, productivity, and timely issue resolution across procurement operations.

Lead workforce planning, stakeholder management, risk escalation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capability, efficiency, and value delivery.

10-12 years of experience in delivery operations with strong exposure to sourcing and procurement services, especially in third-party operating models.

Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, engineering, supply chain, operations or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate preferred.

Proficiency in Excel and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau; experience with ERP/procurement platforms like SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or equivalents.

Experience governing SLAs, KPIs, capacity planning, risk management, and executing procurement CoE initiatives.

Experienced leader skilled at managing multi-layer teams and collaborating with senior client stakeholders in procurement service delivery.

Strong operational mindset with expertise in service governance, performance analytics, and proactive issue escalation.

Comfortable navigating complex third-party delivery environments, driving standardization, capability uplift, and sustainable process improvements.
