Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related field (BE or equivalent).
2 to 6 years of firmware development experience.
Strong knowledge of PIC/dsPIC/ARM/AVR microcontroller architectures and proficiency in C and assembly programming languages.
0% to 25% travel requirement.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded firmware development with hands-on knowledge of microcontroller architectures aligned with Microchip product lines.
Familiarity with hardware design, schematic understanding, and scripting languages is advantageous.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional and global teams to translate specifications into tool support and customer solutions.
