Minimum Requirements
13+ years of software development and engineering experience with proven system design skills.
5+ years of direct management experience including managing managers and technical leads.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
Technical expertise in object-oriented and functional programming (e.g., Golang, Java, Python, Scala), distributed systems, real-time streaming technologies (Kafka), batch processing (Spark, Flink), cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading large-scale platform modernization efforts integrating AI, ML, and automated data pipelines in the media domain.
Proficient in managing globally distributed engineering teams with a focus on operational excellence and system scalability.
Strong collaborator with cross-functional stakeholders including Product and Data Science to deliver technology solutions aligned with business strategy.
