Support end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications including Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
Perform hands-on configuration of functional components and assist in requirement gathering, business process mapping, testing, and issue resolution.
Prepare training materials and support client onboarding, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution.
Minimum Requirements
3-6 years of experience in implementation, functional analysis, or SaaS-related roles.
Basic understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle: Accounts Receivable, Collections, Cash Application, Payment Portal.
Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/MBA/PGDM.
Preferred: Certifications in HighRadius modules (Cash Application, Collections, EIPP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong analytical and documentation skills and ability to map business requirements to technology.
Experience working collaboratively with senior consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA in SaaS implementations.
Familiarity or previous exposure to HighRadius Receivables Cloud and ERP systems for efficient configuration and client engagement.
