Document research evidence, resolve data discrepancies, escalate complex cases, and meet productivity and quality metrics within agreed service levels.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in online research, data operations, data validation, investigations, or related field.
Practical experience with open-source research techniques and evaluating online source credibility.
Proficiency in English; Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with research workflow, data stewardship, CRM, or case-management platforms beneficial.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in structured online research and able to consistently apply written standards to high-volume data validation tasks.
Strong attention to detail with ability to reconcile conflicting information and distinguish current vs. historical professional data.
Able to work independently managing multiple priorities while maintaining documentation for audit defensibility and quality assurance.
