Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Representative

Lead and provide day-to-day guidance and training to Commercial Loan Servicing representatives, interpreting complex policies and loan documentation.

Manage and resolve complex commercial loan servicing issues, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management across the lending lifecycle.

Prioritize team workflows, mentor staff, coordinate loan servicing activities including loan trades and payment reconciliations to meet service and operational objectives.

4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience or equivalent demonstrated through experience, training, military service, or education.

Experience interpreting complex loan documentation, policies, and procedures related to commercial lending.

Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and exercise independent judgment on compliance and servicing matters.

Work Experience Required: 4+ years in Commercial Loan Servicing or equivalent.

Experienced in handling complex commercial loan servicing inquiries and nonstandard issues with a focus on operational accuracy and compliance.

Skilled in leadership and mentoring within a commercial banking operations environment, able to balance operational execution with risk management.

Demonstrates ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and collaborate to resolve complex operational challenges and improve servicing processes.
