Order Management Administrator

Assist in processing and reviewing customer orders ensuring compliance with guidelines and contractual terms.

Track and report order status to sales teams and coordinate cross-functional communication for smooth order fulfillment.

May generate invoices and verify billing accuracy aligned with approved orders and pricing agreements.

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Some demonstrated experience in order fulfillment administration or related roles.

Familiarity with order management software or systems and basic billing experience may be required.

Experience within a global IT services organization is advantageous.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and inquiries.
