About This Role

Lead Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies across AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics programs.

Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including Product Owners and AI/ML engineers.

Track and communicate Agile metrics and enable teams to achieve sprint and release objectives for AI and data solutions.

Minimum Requirements

8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience delivering projects in AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data & AI transformation domains.

Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in leading distributed, cross-functional, technology-driven teams within AI and data domains.

Skilled in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and managing Agile delivery metrics and reporting.

Familiar with Agile certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) and exposure to cloud AI platforms and tools like Azure AI, OpenAI, Databricks, and Jira.
