Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of professional backend software development experience in an object-oriented language (Java, Kotlin, or similar).
Proven experience owning end-to-end delivery for multi-service or domain environments including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Hands-on experience with API design, data modeling, storage systems, and system design principles for reliable and maintainable backend systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and evolving architectures for high-traffic, distributed systems with strong API contracts and data models.
Proven ability to lead technical direction, make data-informed scalability and reliability tradeoffs, and drive operational excellence including monitoring and incident response.
Familiarity applying AI/ML concepts and integrating AI/ML-enabled features safely into services; experienced in mentoring teams on technical growth and AI-assisted development practices.
