Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business-related discipline required.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in financial analysis or related financial services function.
Strong knowledge of corporate actions, proxy voting, class actions, and capital markets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions.

Experienced in middle/back-office functions related to investment management with exposure to legal and regulatory aspects of proxy voting and class actions.
Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to perform quality control and analysis in financial operations.
Capable of working independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements.
