Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business, Product, and Technology teams to align on quality initiatives and deliver measurable improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
3-6+ years in Quality or Operational Excellence roles, preferably in eCommerce content or retail catalog operations.
Experience with quality audits, statistical quality methods, and process improvement tools such as RCA, CAPA, VSM, FMEA.
Proficiency in quality analytics including DPMO, Sigma levels, and statistical sampling (Z-based, confidence intervals).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing quality and process improvements at scale within eCommerce content or large data operations.
Data-driven decision maker with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and leadership reports.
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder management and aligning diverse teams to quality and operational excellence goals.
