Manage and oversee delivery of soft facility services (housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, security, reception) at retail Airtel stores, ensuring quality and compliance with service agreements.
Handle vendor management including performance reviews, contract negotiations, and regulatory compliance; act as primary client contact for soft services issues and feedback.
Support budget preparation and control, supervise soft services staff, and maintain reporting/documentation on service delivery and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years experience in facility management with focus on soft services operations and managing multiple vendors and contracts.
Proficiency in facility management software and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to facility operations.
Location requirement: On-site in Indore, MP; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in client-facing roles within facility management or property services, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and handling escalations.
Strong vendor management skills with ability to monitor and improve service delivery quality and compliance.
Ability to coordinate and lead teams, implement quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives, and manage budgets effectively in a commercial facility environment.
