Lead the design and operationalization of external and statutory reporting capabilities within the India Finance Capability Center (FCC), including defining service catalog, operating model, governance, and SLAs.
Manage end-to-end preparation and review of statutory financial statements, disclosures, audit schedules, ensuring compliance with IFRS, K-IFRS, local GAAP, and group policies for assigned legal entities.
Build and develop a scalable, high-control reporting team while driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across global finance stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent finance professional; MBA Finance considered with relevant experience.
10-15 years progressive experience in controllership, external/statutory reporting, audit, or finance shared services in multinational environments.
Proven experience in setting up or stabilizing external reporting/ statutory reporting shared services or Centers of Excellence.
Experience with IFRS, K-IFRS, local GAAP, SAP, and reporting tools (e.g. Workiva, OneSource, OneStream, BlackLine, Power BI).

Experienced leader with a track record in transitioning and centralizing external reporting functions in global/multinational finance centers.
Strong technical accounting expertise combined with hands-on operational control over financial close, reconciliations, intercompany, and audit readiness.
Skilled at stakeholder management across finance leadership, auditors, and cross-functional teams, with ability to lead transformation and automation efforts in complex environments.
