Securities Valuation - Vice President

Own governance and oversight of Securities Valuation operations ensuring valuations meet regulatory, operational, and client standards within agreed deadlines.

Accountable for resource management including staffing, training, controls, IT, and financial aspects to maintain effective operations and compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives targeting productivity, quality, risk excellence, and cost management including budget and headcount control.

15-18 years experience in financial services with current leadership managing large operations.

Technical knowledge of asset classes, market data vendor services, and impact of asset pricing on ABOR, IBOR, and custody services.

Experience engaging with senior clients, service providers, and regulators.

Location requirement: Based in Coimbatore, India; willingness to travel and work in different time zones.

Proven leadership in managing and developing high performing operations teams in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

Track record of achieving financial goals through expense discipline and headcount management.

Experienced in cross-cultural communication and global collaboration within a financial services operations context.
