Coordinate month-end close activities, SOX control testing, dormant account reviews, and act as primary escalation point for issues within cash and deposit accounting operations.
Minimum Requirements
CA or Equivalent Accounting Degree.
10-14 years of progressive experience in Record-to-Report (R2R) areas within major financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge of cash and deposit accounting, transfer pricing, US GAAP, IFRS, and international regulatory reporting requirements.
Experience in SOX controls, RCSA, and building/maintaining strong control environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in process re-engineering, standardization, and automation of R2R and cash/deposit accounting processes across multiple geographies.
Strong communicator with proven ability to manage stakeholders globally (NA, EMEA, APAC) and drive governance and compliance improvements.
Technically proficient with advanced Excel and financial systems (Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials), with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
