Provide technical sales support and develop sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, professional services, and upgrades in Pyro & Grinding areas.
Strengthen partnerships with local agents and suppliers and support sales teams to implement strategies to grow market share in the APAC region.
Conduct customer site visits 70-80% of the time to maintain relationships, deliver technical support, and prepare proposals and reports to meet business targets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the cement industry with knowledge of industry and cement process equipment, specifically spare parts and services.
Fluency in English (verbal and written) and strong communication and presentation skills.
Willing to travel extensively (70-80% travel) with ideal residential location in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in direct engagement and sales within the cement industry across APAC markets, with additional knowledge of other industrial plants as a plus.
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills enabling independent management of sales and technical support activities.
Capable of building long-term customer relationships and collaborating effectively with agents, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve growth targets.
