Senior Manager, Veeva RIM Integration Manager

Coordinate release readiness, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment for 60+ upstream and downstream integrations within Pfizer’s Veeva RIM product suite.

Manage communication and impact assessment for Veeva RIM data model changes affecting integration and consuming systems, ensuring operational handoffs and cutover readiness.

Oversee testing coordination including functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and operational readiness in compliance with Agile and SDLC methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

7+ years of relevant experience including integration delivery for enterprise platforms; experience with Veeva Vault and/or Veeva RIM integrations strongly preferred.

Strong project management skills including milestone tracking, dependency and risk management, release readiness, and stakeholder reporting.

Experience with Agile delivery, SDLC controls, and release governance in regulated environments.

Experienced in coordinating complex integration work across upstream systems, downstream consumers, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders in a regulated environment.

Knowledgeable about the Veeva RIM data model and integration concepts such as APIs, middleware, ETL, data mapping, and operational support.

Familiar with SAFe Agile frameworks and able to manage program increment planning, sprint execution, and release communications effectively.
