Software Engineer - Backend (5-7) YOE, Core

Design, develop, and maintain robust, highly scalable distributed web-based applications and systems.

Lead system design, high-level problem solving, architectural evolution, and performance optimization efforts for large-scale systems.

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and mentor junior engineers.

5 to 7 years of professional experience in software engineering with scalable systems experience.

B.Tech, M.Tech, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Strong programming expertise in at least one general-purpose language such as Java, C, or C++.

Experience with concurrency (multi-threading), object-oriented design, relational and NoSQL databases, and Test-Driven Development on Linux platforms.

Experienced in building and evolving large-scale distributed backend systems with high data volumes.

Proven ability to lead medium-sized projects involving architecture design and stakeholder alignment in dynamic startup-like environments.

Strong technical mentorship skills and capacity to function with a high level of ownership and commitment.
