Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of professional experience developing production-grade web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Proven experience owning user-facing features end-to-end, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
Demonstrated expertise with front-end system design, API consumption, state and data management, and modern engineering tooling (build, testing, CI/CD).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong background in complex React architectures, scalable state management, and modular UI systems across multiple products or domains.
Experience building and maintaining shared UI component libraries or design systems emphasizing accessibility, localization, and responsive design.
Skilled at using data and experimentation to inform UX improvements and collaborating with AI/ML teams to integrate AI-driven personalization and automation responsibly and effectively.
