Minimum Requirements
2-6 years overall experience with 1-3 years in relevant data analytics roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Master's in Statistics/Econometrics/Mathematics (equivalent for US bachelors).
Proficient in SQL including complex query syntaxes and data warehouse/BI concepts.
Experience with BI visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) and working knowledge of large-scale data platforms and tools like GCP BigQuery, Hive, Hadoop, Spark.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments bridging technical analytics and business understanding.
Familiarity with retail, merchandising, and marketing domains is a strong advantage.
Comfort with foundational predictive analytics techniques, agile methodologies, and leveraging AI/ML tools and generative AI concepts for productivity enhancement.
