Collaborate within Agile teams through ceremonies and produce test reports and quality metrics; contribute to testing best practices and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC including Test Planning, Design, and Execution.
Proficiency in functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing; experience with defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps and SQL database validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile software development environments with participation in sprint ceremonies.
Hands-on experience testing REST APIs and performing backend database validation with strong SQL skills.
Proactive about quality metrics reporting and driving process improvements within cross-functional teams.
