Lead and manage the reliability engineering team responsible for stability, observability, and operational quality across a multi-application production environment.
Own reliability outcomes including service-level objectives, error budgets, incident escalation, operational risk posture, and continuous improvement.
Drive automation and engineering solutions to reduce manual operational work, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate globally for seamless 24x7 operations.
Minimum Requirements
16+ years of progressive engineering experience with at least 5 years managing SRE, Production Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering teams.
Proven experience managing multi-application production estates with 24x7 on-call practices covering multiple geographies and incident escalation.
Hands-on technical knowledge of SRE stack including SLOs, observability tools (Splunk, Datadog, etc.), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent), CI/CD, containers, and major public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering field; experience working in regulated/audited environments (GxP, SOX, HIPAA, PCI, or equivalent).

Skilled at leading global distributed teams and managing follow-the-sun operating models with clear communication and incident command.
Demonstrated ability to reduce operational toil through automation and platform investment, and to enforce engineering standards while balancing delivery pressure.
