Minimum Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related with 2+ years experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years relevant experience.
5+ years practical experience designing and developing distributed systems using Java 17+, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
Experience with Microservices, event processing systems (Kafka, JMS, MQ), RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD with TDD.
Experience in production support including incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and mentoring junior developers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior backend engineer with strong expertise in Java and building secure, high-performance distributed systems.
Familiar with integrating ML models into production and operating in Agile, DevOps environments with CI/CD pipelines.
Experienced in end-to-end feature ownership and production reliability in large-scale compliance or financial tech platforms.
