Minimum Requirements
10+ years of commercial real estate experience with proficiency in lease analysis, lease schedules, valuations, portfolio cash flow projections, Argus modeling, and third-party report reviews across various asset types.
Experience in people management including performance reviews and direct client communication on real estate investment funds.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
Work Location: On-site in Hyderabad, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and clients in a quantitative, data-driven CRE investment environment.
Experienced in coordination with global and cross-functional teams including finance, asset management, strategy, and sustainability.
Strong command of advanced Excel, financial modeling, and valuation metrics such as DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity and Debt Returns.
