Vice President - Data Science

Manage and deliver high-quality analytics results through a professional data science team, responsible for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of analytics outcomes.

Lead the analysis of large and complex internal and external data sets to support and influence business strategy decisions, including data processing, statistical modeling, and data visualization.

Oversee planning and budgeting within the data science area, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards and managing team performance and accountability.

6-10 years of experience in Financial/Business Analysis and/or credit/risk analysis with measurable impact on business drivers.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Proficiency in data tools such as SQL and Access for data compilation and analysis.

Experience managing teams including hiring, performance evaluation, and budget planning.

Has deep expertise in analytics with ability to lead complex projects impacting financial services business models and outcomes.

Demonstrates strong commercial and risk awareness, balancing analytics with compliance and ethical considerations.

Skilled in managing interdisciplinary teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
