Own daily management and support of enterprise storage and backup systems including NetApp, Isilon, Rubrik, and NetBackup.
Drive improvement and automation of storage and backup operations using scripting (Powershell, Python) and ServiceNow workflows.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, root cause analysis, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with RPO/RTO and change management policies.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or Master’s degree with 3+ years in Information Systems related to Storage, Backup, Java Hosting, Web Hosting, or Linux administration.
Hands-on experience with NetApp, DellEMC Isilon, Rubrik backup/data protection technologies, and data replication.
On-site work in Hyderabad is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years depending on degree as specified.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with enterprise storage architectures and replication technologies, including NetApp SyncIQ, Snapmirror, and Snapvault.
Skilled in automation and scripting (Ansible, Python, Bash) for operational efficiencies.
Able to manage complex storage environments in regulated sectors and collaborate with multiple infrastructure and business teams.
