Lead the functional design, configuration, enhancements, and production support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, Logistics, and Fulfillment.
Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions and lead end-to-end delivery including testing, UAT, deployment, training, quarterly upgrades, and production stability.
Support SOX, audit, compliance, operational controls, reporting, data analysis, and collaborate with technical teams on system integrations to drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP/SCM including strong Oracle Fusion SCM expertise.
Strong functional knowledge across Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Inventory, Costing, and Fulfillment within Oracle Fusion.
Experience in configuration, testing, UAT, production support, and quarterly upgrades of Oracle Fusion SCM.
Experience working in SOX/compliance and audit-controlled environments; flexibility to work till midnight IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in strategic partnership with Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership to drive business outcomes and process improvements.
Strong skills in stakeholder management including engagement with senior executives and ability to communicate complex Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
Background in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices) and knowledge of supply chain transformation and Oracle Fusion integrations.
