Director Product Operations

Own and drive the definition, adoption, and accountability of an efficient software development lifecycle (SDLC) within product management at Arctic Wolf.

Lead operational strategy and execution to improve product management processes, tooling (e.g., Aha!), cross-functional alignment, and metrics across product and engineering teams.

Manage annual and quarterly planning, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives to enable scalable, high-impact product delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Product Management, or related field.

8+ years of experience in operations, program management, product operations, or a similar discipline.

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and optimizing operational processes in a complex environment.

Experience with Aha! or equivalent product management tools.

Strategic and execution-focused leader with deep experiential knowledge of product management and ability to codify best practices and drive cultural adoption of SDLC process.

Expert in scaling operational frameworks and driving cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, and business teams in fast-paced environments.

Proficient with product management tooling governance and metrics-driven improvement, comfortable influencing without direct authority across senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
