Manage and execute supply chain management (SCM) strategies for Maersk customers in the assigned geographical area (Talegaon, Pune).
Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations and coordinate logistics planning with customers, overseas offices, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).
Coordinate end-to-end export/import logistics processes including shipment prioritization, carrier allocation, customs clearance, export documentation, and reporting to meet financial and operational targets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of operational experience in logistics industry with understanding of international supply chains.
Experience specifically in supply chain management (SCM) roles.
Job Location: Talegaon, Pune (onsite requirement).

Experienced in operational supply chain roles involving international freight and multi-modal transport (Ocean, Air, LCL).
Proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders including customers, plants, 3PLs, and overseas offices.
