Supply Chain Program Manager III

Lead and execute cross-functional supply chain programs targeting sourcing cost savings, value analysis/engineering (VAVE), and resourcing projects focused on Regal Rexnord India and global segments.

Manage project pipelines, teams, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely completion of supply chain initiatives that improve supplier performance, cost, quality, delivery, and operational efficiency.

Drive risk mitigation, supplier relationship management, and coordinate activities across sourcing, procurement, operations, engineering, quality, logistics, and finance functions globally.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

20 to 25 years of experience in direct material sourcing, procurement, project management, or relevant manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in sourcing/procurement software, ERP systems (Oracle), and MS Excel/PPT.

Knowledge of quality methodologies (8D, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP etc.) is essential; Project Management Certification and Supply Chain Certifications are plus.

Experienced leader in complex, matrixed global manufacturing supply chain environments focused on direct procurement and cost-out initiatives.

Data-driven decision maker skilled at multi-project management, risk mitigation, and building collaborative relationships across functions and geographies.

Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and manage diverse teams to drive transformative supply chain programs end-to-end.
