Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance, regulatory, and industry scheme-mandated projects ensuring scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate across business, technology, compliance, operations, and external partners to manage project dependencies, risks, financials, and governance reporting in a deadline-driven environment.
Prepare and deliver weekly reports, Steering Committee updates, risk escalations, and maintain audit and compliance evidence to support regulatory and operational readiness.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of overall professional experience with at least 5 years managing complex business and technology projects.
Experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or industry scheme-mandated change initiatives in regulated environments.
Proficiency with project management tools for planning, scheduling, risk management, financial tracking, and governance reporting.
Preferred but not mandatory: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Finance, or related field; relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or equivalent).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in payments, banking, financial services, fintech, or card-acquiring sectors with understanding of payment schemes, PCI DSS, and prudential regulatory frameworks.
Strong skills managing multi-disciplinary teams and complex interdependencies using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies in highly regulated, deadline-driven settings.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, compliance management, and delivery of concurrent projects with governance and financial accountability.
